Asset tagging and classification in DAM systems

Purpose

1.1. Automatically detect, tag, classify, and organize creative assets within Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems for streamlined search, retrieval, compliance, version control, and campaign delivery.
1.2. Ensure each asset—images, video, audio, copy—is consistently tagged with metadata: campaign, client, asset type, usage rights, creative status, and relevant keywords.
1.3. Support downstream ad ops, client review, rights management, creative re-use, cross-team collaboration, and rapid asset deployment.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New asset uploaded to DAM or via API.
2.2. Asset updates (e.g., new version, metadata changed).
2.3. Campaign/project milestone reached (e.g., creative approval).
2.4. Scheduled audits or compliance checks.
2.5. Change in client, product, or asset category mappings.
