Purpose

1.1. Automate secure user access management for Basilica administration by orchestrating onboarding, offboarding, and permissions—covering clergy, staff, and volunteers—ensuring compliance, reducing manual oversight, and establishing audit trails.
1.2. Automating user provisioning, de-provisioning, group/role assignments, multi-factor authentication, and access reviews within religious organizations.
1.3. Automator for regularly updating user privileges as clergy, staff, and roles change, with automated escalation for exceptions and compliance reporting tied to regulatory and ecclesiastical standards.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New clergy/staff/volunteer registration in HR or parish directory system.
2.2. Role or schedule update notified via administrative dashboard.
2.3. Access level change request submitted in compliance portal.
2.4. Automated audit indicating non-compliance or expired credentials.
2.5. End-of-tenure or termination detected in HRIS.
2.6. Login attempts from unrecognized devices or new network segments.
