Access management for digital resources

Purpose

1.1. Automate access management for digital resources within Ashram retreat operations, ensuring seamless provision, monitoring, and revocation of digital resource access to monks, staff, and retreat attendees.
1.2. Automate user onboarding/offboarding, restrict access based on role, schedule automated periodic access reviews, automate notifications for anomalous access, and automate integration with compliance reporting tools.
1.3. Automate multi-factor authentication enrollment, automate expired credential reminders, and automate synchronization between attendance/booking systems and resource access.
1.4. Enable fully automatable workflows for digital files, cloud storage, private forums, internal communication channels, Wi-Fi networks, and guest management, reducing manual administrative burden.
