Trigger Conditions

2.1. Detection of new or updated documents/scripts in a designated source (cloud drive, folder, or collaborative document platform).
2.2. Manual flag or tag applied to documents indicating readiness for sharing (e.g., “final” tag added).
2.3. Scheduled periodic check (e.g., daily, every hour) for updates in specified document repositories.
2.4. Submission or version approval in project management or document approval systems.
