Notification of expiring certifications or credentials

Purpose

1.1. Enable proactive alerting to staff/volunteers about the upcoming expiration of mandatory certifications (e.g., child safety, first aid, theological training, food handling) to ensure ongoing compliance and readiness.
1.2. Streamline administrative oversight in Alliance churches, minimizing manual tracking, reducing risk of non-compliance, and supporting smooth ministry operations across departments.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. A certification or credential’s recorded expiration date reaches a preset threshold (e.g., 30/14/7 days before expiry).
2.2. Certification status is updated in the database or profile management system.
2.3. Periodic (e.g., daily/weekly) batch scans identify soon-to-expire records.
