Purpose

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Receipt of leave request form (web, email, or internal portal) from faculty or staff.

 2.4. New email with specified subject or keyword detected in monitored inbox.
 2.5. Slack or Microsoft Teams message in a designated channel with leave intent.
