KPI tracking and trend notifications

Purpose

 1.1. Automate the collection, aggregation, and analysis of parking lot KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for corporate parking operations.
 1.2. Automating real-time notifications on trends, anomalies, and threshold breaches for occupancy rates, entry/exit counts, average duration, revenue generated, equipment status, and compliance metrics.
 1.3. Automatically generate reports to enable data-driven decision-making and operational visibility for executives, facility managers, and analysts.
