Reporting for OEM compliance

Purpose

1.1. Automates collection, formatting, and submission of detailed sales, inventory, and service data to Alfa Romeo OEM in compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
1.2. Ensures timely, accurate reporting on vehicle sales, warranty claims, customer satisfaction, campaign participation, and recalls.
1.3. Creates scheduled, rule-based data extracts from DMS, ERP, CRM, and service platforms, validates the output, notifies stakeholders, and submits in OEM-specified formats (CSV, XML, API calls).
1.4. Supports compliance audits by maintaining a log of all reporting activities, errors, and resolutions.

2.2. Event-driven triggers such as new vehicle sale, completed warranty service, or data correction/update.
