Trigger Conditions

2.1. Appointment marked as “no-show” or “not attended” by the appraiser or system.
2.2. Appointment status not updated within X minutes post-start.
2.3. Client or appraiser cancels at the last minute and selects “reschedule” option.
2.4. Detection of failed check-in via GPS or app confirmation before appointment deadline.
