Purpose

2. Automates customer communication related to upcoming, rescheduled, or cancelled appointments, supporting a professional and responsive auto service center operation.

Trigger Conditions

1. Automatedly trigger when a new appointment is scheduled, an appointment is updated, or a defined interval (e.g., 24h/3h/1h) before appointment time is reached.

2. Trigger automates based on customer status (new, returning), time of booking, or after customer action (e.g., confirmation, query via WhatsApp).
