Centralized database of customer art assets

Purpose

1.1. Consolidate customer-submitted art files (images, vector art, docs, references) into a single searchable database for project management, retrieval, revision tracking, client communication, compliance, and integration with downstream art production workflows.
1.2. Enable permissions-based access for artists, project managers, and clients while monitoring uploads, downloads, and version histories to ensure data consistency and collaboration.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New art asset uploaded via client portal, email attachment, or file-transfer tool.
2.2. Asset update or replacement detected in shared folder or by artist/designer.
2.3. Project initiation event requiring asset collation (quote accepted, work order created).
2.4. Direct customer asset submissions (webforms, chatbots, or submissions linked to project IDs).
