Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Invoice status marked as ‘unpaid’ beyond net payment terms (e.g., Net 15, Net 30).
 2.2. Scheduled intervals before and after due date (e.g., 3, 7, 14 days post-issuance or overdue).
 2.3. Manual trigger by accounts or finance staff for selected clients/invoices.
 2.4. Payment not detected in the integrated payment processor within the specified timeframe.
