Automatic posting of remittance advice

Purpose

1.1. Ensure remittance advice (EOB/ERA) generated by payers is automatically posted to the correct patient accounts, updating balances, reducing manual entry, accelerating cash posting, minimizing data errors, auto-matching payments to claims, and generating follow-ups or alerts on discrepancies in allergy & immunology billing operations.
1.2. Synchronize remittance formats (835 files, PDFs, CSV) from multiple payers to EHR/Practice Management (PM) systems for seamless revenue reconciliation, and initiate reporting or workflow tasks as needed in healthcare billing.
1.3. Comply with HIPAA mandates for handling Protected Health Information (PHI) across connected platforms and audit all posting actions for transparency and regulatory adherence.
