Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1 Automated trigger initiates after completion date/time of a bouncy castle reservation for a corporate client.
2.2 Optional automator triggers: status change to “Completed”, invoice closure, or entry of event feedback deadline in reservation system.
2.3 Manual override possible to automate post-event outreach where system completeness is uncertain.
