Documenting and reporting compliance with regulatory requirements

Purpose

1.1. To automatically document and report compliance with all relevant adult day care regulatory standards, including incident reports, care plan updates, attendance, medication administration, safety checks, and staff credentials.
1.2. To aggregate, timestamp, and organize care documentation from multiple sources in real time for audit readiness.
1.3. To trigger notifications, generate standardized compliance reports, and share them with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., authorities, auditors, families) as required.
