Purpose

1.1. Ensure all essential care tasks for residents in adult foster care facilities are timely completed and monitored.
1.2. Automatically track care plan item completion, flag unfulfilled or overdue tasks, and alert responsible staff, administrators, and compliance officers.
1.3. Provide live visibility for management, enable proactive interventions, and maintain audit evidence.
1.4. Reduce missed care activities, improve care standards, and help ensure regulatory compliance.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Scheduled review of care tasks at defined intervals (e.g., hourly, end of shift).
2.2. Task marked incomplete or not updated past its scheduled completion window.
2.3. Entry of new care tasks with critical flags set.
2.4. Communication from staff or digital log indicating missed activity.
