Purpose

1. Trigger Conditions

1. Automated trigger on legal case marked as "Closed" in case management system.

2. Trigger on milestone completion (judgement/final settlement).

3. Manual trigger via designated “Close Case” automated workflow initiator button.

4. Trigger by scheduled calendar event for statute of limitations expiry.
