Trigger Conditions

2.1. Absence of a registered child for a predefined threshold (e.g., 1, 3, 5 consecutive days).
2.2. Pattern of irregular attendance (e.g., less than 70% attendance over a month).
2.3. Manual flagging of absenteeism by Anganwadi staff in attendance records.
