Automate weekly or monthly attendance summaries

Purpose

1.1. Automatically aggregate and distribute weekly or monthly attendance summaries for Aikido students and classes.
1.2. Ensure instructors, administrative staff, and students/guardians receive accurate attendance reports.
1.3. Minimize manual reporting errors and time spent consolidating attendance logs across sessions and instructors.
1.4. Create digital records for compliance, operational review, and personalized student feedback.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Scheduled time (e.g., every Sunday 8 PM [weekly] or 1st day of month 7 AM [monthly]).
2.2. End of last class in respective period.
2.3. Upon reaching pre-defined event or closure (e.g., after quarterly grading session).
2.4. Manual override by school administrator via dashboard, email, or webhook.
