Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New client registration detected in any class booking or CRM system.
2.2. Payment for first session or membership successfully processed.
2.3. Participant tags changed to “Active/New” in the membership management database.
2.4. Manual approval/counter by admin if extra verification required.
2.5. Sign-up form completed with validated email or mobile number.
