Centralized client data and document storage

Purpose

1.1. Enable seamless, secure intake and organization of client data and documents for aeronautical engineering firms.
1.2. Automate aggregation, categorization, permission handling, and retrieval of onboarding materials, proposals, NDAs, certificates, and technical documents.
1.3. Centralize client project folders, contacts, compliance forms, and revision histories for easy collaboration and audit trails.
1.4. Ensure real-time synchronization across departments, enhance compliance, and support remote and multi-office workflows.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New client record or opportunity is created in CRM or ERP.
2.2. Client completes online intake, uploads initial document, or signs an engagement letter.
2.3. Project status changes (e.g., onboarding to active engineering).
2.4. Manual trigger by team via secure portal or dashboard.
2.5. Receipt of an email with attached documents matching onboarding keywords.
2.6. Submission of e-signed NDA, contract, or compliance form.
