Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Client onboarding process marked as "complete" in CRM or project management system.
2.2. Time-based trigger (e.g., 72 hours post-onboarding completion event).
2.3. New client entry added to “Onboarded Clients” segment.
2.4. Workflow status changes to "post-onboarding."
2.5. Manual trigger by onboarding representative, if automatic flag is missed.
