Purpose

1.1. Automatically transmit anesthesia records to multidisciplinary care teams (surgeons, nurses, pharmacists, ICU, recovery units) in real time upon procedure completion.
1.2. Ensure critical anesthesia data (agent doses, vitals, intra-op events, allergies) is instantly available across EHR, email, secure messaging, and analytics for care continuity, legal compliance, and post-op reviews.
1.3. Minimize manual data entry, delays, and information gaps, reducing risk in acute care coordination and enhancing audit readiness.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Anesthesia record marked as “complete” in EHR system.
2.2. New or updated anesthesia report document scanned/uploaded in DMS.
2.3. Timestamped conclusion of procedure logged in OR management system.
2.4. Physician selects “share with team” in digital form/interface.
2.5. Automated schedule/time-driven (e.g., hourly batch of all completed cases).
