Purpose

1.1. Collect systematic feedback from students, parents, and staff regarding Aikido program satisfaction.
1.2. Identify improvement areas in teaching, curriculum, facilities, and communication.

2.3. After a seminar, special class, or event.
2.4. On issuance of digital certification.
