Purpose

 1.1. Automate sending personalized birthday and anniversary greetings to appliance rental customers to increase retention, delight clients, and strengthen brand loyalty.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Customer’s birthdate or anniversary matches current date in CRM or rental management database.
 2.2. Rental account is active and has completed onboarding.
 2.3. No opt-out flag in communication preferences.
 2.4. Administrator-set time (e.g., 9:00 AM local) for dispatching greetings.
