Purpose

 1.1. Ensure timely completion of property appraisals by sending escalation alerts if appraisals exceed set turnaround times.
 1.2. Notify relevant managers or stakeholders instantly to prompt corrective actions and maintain service SLAs.

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Appraisal status remains “in progress” or “pending" after exceeding a preset time threshold (e.g., 48 hours).
 2.2. Predefined business hours or calendar triggers (excluding holidays, weekends).
 2.3. Status change events or update logs from appraisal management software.
 2.4. Missed milestone flags in integrated property management systems.
 2.5. If escalation not acknowledged within a secondary period, trigger higher-tier escalation.
