Trigger Conditions

1. Automatedly triggered when a registered parishioner does not check in or RSVP to a scheduled mass or event.

2. Integration with attendance system or event registration records automates detection of no-shows.

3. Automates processes based on absence recorded in digital registers or lack of digital engagement for expected dates.
