Automated escalation of unresolved issues

Purpose

1.1. Ensure prompt resolution of issues by automatically escalating unresolved tickets, requests, or problems through multi-channel notifications and workflow escalation, minimizing bottlenecks and ensuring accountability across distributed or remote animation teams and stakeholders.
1.2. Improve internal client satisfaction, maintain project momentum, and reduce risk of delivery delays or miscommunication in animation production by leveraging real-time alerts and adaptive routing.
1.3. Allow escalation hierarchy customization to accommodate project complexity, resource availability, and urgency, integrating directly with creative suites, project management tools, communication hubs, and executive reporting dashboards.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Issue status remains “unresolved” or “open” past defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) time.
2.2. Manual flag by project lead, producer, or automated monitoring script.
2.3. Key milestones or dependencies are missed or overdue in project plan.
2.4. Lack of response or acknowledgment from assigned team member within specified timeframe.
