Purpose

1.1. Aggregate feedback from clients, team members, and stakeholders across multiple channels (email, chat, forms, project tools) into a single, structured repository.
1.2. Automate collation, categorization, and prioritization of feedback for rapid review and implementation in animation production workflows.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Receipt of new message or comment tagged as “feedback” across any connected platform.
2.2. Submission of a feedback form or survey.
2.3. New note or review added to an asset in project management or asset review tool.
2.4. Pre-defined keyword(s) detected within communication channels.
