Purpose

1.1. Automatically deliver project documents, technical plans, and engineering blueprints to designated agricultural engineering teams to ensure timely collaboration, efficient version control, and seamless information flow across in-field and office staff, subcontractors, and compliance officers for all agriculture-related professional service projects.
1.2. Ensure dissemination to relevant parties based on project phase, location, job function, and document type, to minimize manual oversight, prevent miscommunication, and maintain archival records for compliance and retrievability.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New document, plan, or blueprint is uploaded or updated in a central repository (cloud storage, project management platform, or document management system).
2.2. Change detected in project status or team assignment in project tracking tools.
2.3. Manual trigger via command in team chat or admin dashboard.
2.4. Scheduled time-based distribution (e.g., end of phase reviews, shift start).
