**Purpose**

1.1. Deliver regular newsletters and updates on center activities, health tips, events, and notices to families and stakeholders.
1.2. Ensure families remain engaged, informed, and reassured about their loved one’s experience and center updates.
1.3. Support compliance with communication standards for care providers and meet regulatory or funding requirements.
1.4. Automate outreach to reduce manual work and standardize update frequency and quality.

**Trigger Conditions**

2.1. At scheduled intervals (e.g., weekly, biweekly, monthly).
2.2. Upon new information or events needing urgent communication.
2.3. When new stakeholders are added or removed from the list.
2.4. Based on responses or engagement with previous communications.
