Purpose

Trigger Conditions

 2.1. Member has not attended, booked, or engaged in club activity for a predefined duration (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days).
 2.2. No email opens or event RSVP detected within a selected time frame, automating the detection of disengagement.
 2.3. Manual flag set by club admin for custom inactivity detection and automatedly act on these triggers.
