Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Automatedly initiate feedback request when the swim lesson session ends in the management system.
2.2. Trigger through calendar event completion, CRM status update, or manual marking of session as “complete”.
2.3. Automate based on participant check-out, instructor sign-off, or system-scheduled time lapse.
