Purpose

1.1. Automate and synchronize community announcements and notifications automatically across digital and physical channels to ensure unified outreach and increased community engagement for Protestant churches.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New post, event, or announcement created in the primary church admin or calendar system.
2.2. Update or edit to an existing announcement.
2.3. Scheduled time or calendar-based trigger (e.g., every Sunday morning).
2.4. Manual approval or clergy push for sensitive or special announcements.
