Generation and submission of electronic ACR (Ambulance Care Reports)

Purpose

1.1. Ensure prompt and accurate digital creation, population, validation, and electronic submission of ACRs (Ambulance Care Reports) for regulatory compliance, billing, clinical review, and operational transparency within emergency ground ambulance services.
1.2. Collect structured crew, patient, incident, treatment, timeline, and location data, reduce manual errors, accelerate billing initiation, trigger audits where required, and maintain audit trails.
1.3. Support multi-endpoint electronic forwarding (state registries, EMS agencies, hospital EMRs, insurance) securely and in standardized (NEMSIS-compliant) formats.
