Documentation indexing and searchability enhancement

Purpose

1.1. Streamline the intake, indexing, and intelligent search of all compliance and acoustical documentation (data sheets, certifications, reports) for quick retrieval.
1.2. Ensure regulatory adherence and minimize audit risk by systematically organizing relevant evidence and revision history.
1.3. Enable secure multi-site access and team collaboration on acoustical compliance records.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New document upload (PDF, Word, spreadsheet, scanned image) to central repository or shared drive.
2.2. Document email receipt to a dedicated compliance inbox.
2.3. Submission via client-facing portal or project management tool.
2.4. Scheduled batch ingestion from legacy databases or ERP systems.
2.5. Manual request for indexing on historical folders.
