Version tracking and archiving of project files

Purpose

1.1 Ensure all project files (reports, measurements, correspondence, CAD/BIM, compliance documents) are version-controlled and archived to satisfy legal, regulatory, and quality management requirements in acoustical engineering projects.
1.2 Facilitate audit trails for changes, quick retrieval of prior versions, support for multi-author collaboration, and proactive compliance checks.

Trigger Conditions

2.1 File is uploaded, modified, or deleted in a specified project folder or document management system.
2.2 Manual flag by user signalling a milestone or final submission.
