Purpose

1.3. Deliver fully formatted reports (PDF, Excel, dashboard) to stakeholders, including compliance officers, clinicians, program directors, and regulatory agencies, with full audit trail and history retention.
1.4. Facilitate rapid identification of trends, gaps in care, and opportunities for improvement through metrics visualization and automated anomaly detection.
