Document expiration and renewal reminders

Purpose

1.1. Automate expiration and renewal reminders for compliance-related documents in blueprint services to ensure zero lapses in regulatory or quality certifications.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Triggered automatically when a document’s expiry date is within a configurable threshold (e.g., 30/15/7/1 days prior).
2.2. Automate upon receipt of new/updated document uploads, metadata changes, or status revisions in the document management system.
2.3. Additional automated triggers from client onboarding, regulatory updates, or changes to required compliance standards.
