Container availability and allocation alerts

Purpose

1.1. Automate real-time alerts for container availability and allocations throughout the lifecycle of shipping containers in corporate shipping environments.
1.2. Automator notifies relevant parties when containers become available, are reserved, released, or the capacity thresholds are met/exceeded.
1.3. Automates information flow for proactive decision making across logistics, warehousing, and fleet management.
1.4. Automating status visibility minimizes manual checks, expedites container assignment, and reduces costly bottlenecks.
1.5. Automator integrates with core shipping, asset tracking, and notification systems to provide automated container monitoring and communication.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Automated trigger when container status changes (available, allocated, released, damaged, overdue).
2.2. Automates notification when location or ETA updates occur within asset management systems.
2.3. Automator fires when sensor/device feeds indicate door open/close, tampering, or environmental changes.
 2.4. Automates threshold-based triggers, e.g., below X% available containers for depot/location/type/size.
2.5. Automatedly acts upon user-initiated requests for allocation or release via desktop, mobile, or API.
