Purpose

1.1. Automate the systematic collection of training feedback from apprentices post-course completion, streamlining the process for immediate analysis and compliance reporting requirements.
1.2. Ensure all attendees are contacted promptly, responses are logged, and non-responders are reminded, maximizing actionable feedback for continuous instructional improvement and regulatory evidence.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Course completion status recorded in LMS or HRIS.
2.2. Passing of X days post-training end date.
2.3. Trainer marks session as completed in scheduling software.
2.4. Feedback not yet submitted after initial request triggers reminders at fixed intervals.
