Sync customer and vendor data with CRM

Purpose

1.1. Automate syncing of customer and vendor data between BEV redemption center source systems and CRM platforms to streamline updates, minimize errors, and ensure real-time visibility into business relationships.
1.2. Automates enrichment of CRM with new registrations, latest contacts, transactions, redemption volumes, and compliance documents from all vendor and customer touchpoints.
1.3. Supports automated workflows for bottle & can redemption statuses, preferred contact channels, and invoicing pipelines.
1.4. Ensures automatable centralized data for customer dispute, loyalty management, and regulatory audits.
