Service appointment reminders

Purpose

1.1. Automate service appointment reminders for Land Rover customers to reduce no-shows, increase operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

1.5. Facilitate customer rescheduling and interaction via automated, self-service options.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New service appointment booked in CRM or DMS.
2.2. Appointment date change or reschedule event recorded.
2.3. Pre-defined time windows for reminders (e.g., 24/48/72 hours before).
2.4. Workflow “missed confirmation” for escalated reminders.
2.5. Customer opt-in to automated notifications or reminders.
