Purpose

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Identified customer’s birthday or anniversary date matches today’s date (based on CRM data).
2.2. Automated scheduling for upcoming dates using interval or cron-based logic.
2.3. Customer consent and contact preference on record.
2.4. No recent opt-out from marketing or communication lists.
2.5. Filtering to exclude ineligible contacts (e.g., unsubscribed, invalid details).
