Purpose

2. Facilitate proactive communication by pulling data from maintenance schedules, matching it to customer assets, and delivering notifications via multiple channels.

Trigger Conditions

1. Scheduled maintenance approaching within a predefined time window (e.g., 7, 14, or 30 days).

2. New maintenance session added or existing session rescheduled.

3. Manual trigger by maintenance coordinator for custom notification runs.

4. Automatic detection from updates in Maintenance Management Software or ERP database.
