Auto-segmentation of customer lists for targeted messaging

Purpose

1. Dynamically divide customer records based on engagement, appliance type, service history, location, or past inquiries, enabling hyper-targeted retention campaigns, automated service reminders, promotional messaging, and preventive maintenance outreach across channels.

2. Reduce churn by proactively identifying specific segments (e.g., warranty expiring soon, frequent repair requests, VIP customers) and deliver relevant communication, boosting repeat business and satisfaction.

3. Optimize outreach by ensuring messaging content and offers are individualized for each recipient group, maximizing open rates and conversions for home appliance repair services.

Trigger Conditions

1. New customer purchase or service completion record entered in database/CRM.

2. Customer submits an appliance repair request or inquiry via form, message, or call.

3. Change in appliance warranty status, service history, or a significant lapse since last interaction.

4. Scheduled maintenance or promotional campaign deployment date is reached.

5. Customer engagement metrics (e.g., email opens, SMS replies, service ratings) cross specific thresholds.
