Purpose

1.1. To ensure visitors are reminded of their aviation museum reservation via email and SMS, reducing no-shows, increasing satisfaction, and keeping customers updated about changes, cancellations, or special instructions.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. Reservation is confirmed by the customer (manual or online).
2.2. Pre-set interval before reservation time (e.g., 48h, 24h, 1h).
2.3. Reservation update, modification, or cancellation is logged in booking system.
2.4. Event-driven by specific actions, such as new exhibit alerts or weather advisories.
