Purpose

1. Trigger Conditions

1. Submission of website booking/reservation/contact form (new or update).

2. Direct message, comment, or tag event on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter mentioning club or promotional content.

3. Signup via referral partner, contest entry, or loyalty/rewards program.

4. API webhook received from integrated CRM or legacy PoS system when customer data is updated.
