Purpose

1.1. Automatically monitor customer credit limits in real time, across multiple platforms, for overlimit events and approaching-limit thresholds.
1.2. Trigger multi-channel alerts to internal teams and/or customers, prompt proactive actions (e.g., order holds, credit review), and ensure compliance with company credit policies.
1.3. Increase cash flow control, minimize risk of overdue accounts, and enhance customer communication on credit status.
1.4. Integrate alerting and monitoring seamlessly with sales, support, and finance operations for immediate response.

Trigger Conditions

2.1. New invoice or order pushes a customer’s balance within X% (configurable) of their credit limit.
2.2. Customer balance exceeds credit limit due to manual credit adjustment, late payment, or external events.
2.3. Periodic daily, weekly, or real-time auditable credit reviews flag customers nearing or over credit limit.
