Trigger Conditions

2.1. Customer adds law book(s) to online cart but does not place an order within a pre-defined timeframe (e.g., 1 hour, 24 hours).
2.2. Cart session is detected as inactive or customer logs out/abandons session.
2.3. Email address or contact method is captured during checkout initiation (automation prerequisite).
2.4. Configurable delay before first automated reminder (e.g., after 2 hours, 1 day, 3 days).
2.5. Final automation triggers if the cart remains abandoned after set reminders.
